Team Check-In Information

Team Check-In:
  • Teams must check-in online no later than Monday Jan 29th, 2023. Check In will be done via email. Email all rosters to

  • Documents needed: Player cards, approved US Club or USSSA roster, guest player documentation (if needed)

  • Once you have submitted your paperwork and it has been approved, you will receive an emailed approved copy. Please keep this on hand for the weekend.

  • If you have had a double roster approved by our Tournament Director, please notate that on the roster (DR written by player’s name).

Double Roster requests

Any double roster (DR) requests need to be submitted via this form. Once the tournament director and Director of Coaching approve/deny them, they will contact the necessary club.
