2015 Winter Competitive Season
The winter season is a fun and exciting program for boys and girls ages 4-19. Our winter season emphasizes a high level of technical training along with games, giving our players the opportunity compete at a high level. Our coaching staff is selected by MSC and our Technical Director, Mike Wolfer. All coaches have an extensive soccer background and are trained and certified to coach youth soccer.

To learn more about season details, view our schedule and fees sheet.

The Mandan Youth Soccer Club is open to boys and girls in grades k-6. Although we do attempt to recruit willing parents to coach for all of our teams, coaches are not provided as part of the fee (which goes towards things like field equipment, shirts, state fees, and liability insurance). In the end, every parent is responsible for monitoring their own children during games and practices.

NDSA Names Hoesel Coach of the Year

11/14/2013
North Dakota Soccer Association executive director Tyler Tracy (left) was in attendence at the November MSC board meeting (11/13/2013) to congratulate Al Hoesel (right) on being selected as the state Coach of the Year!

Al is excellent in making sure players play safely, fairly, and have fun. Al is always very complimentary and encouraging to all players, including those on other teams.

Al attends almost all parent-coach training sessions that are offered to him. At almost every practice, he can be seen on the field with lesson plans in hand. He is not too proud to ask questions when he doesn’t know the answer. He also acts as a mentor to other parent/coaches.
